These training blocks help fill in the gap before you commit to a race plan. The options are:
- Foundation Module: 12 weeks (can be extended if needed)
- Off- road module (continuous until you move to a Race plan and included strength training and connection into an off-road community page).
Your fitness and available training time will dictate which level you should choose. Start with the Aspiration level if you are not sure and we can adjust this durning the training if needed.
- Aspiration level (Getting back into training or with less hours to train, this module will suit you).
- Seasoned level (If you've been training consistently and have more time to train, this module is for you).
Module length
- 12 weeks (Foundation)
- Continuous until race plan (off-road)
Pay every 4 weeks
Your payment is every 4 week and your training will loaded up once payment is received.
What happens next?
1. Once your payment is received you will receive an email to link to my coaching account in Training Peaks*.
2. Once linked I can load the module into your profile, this is done during normal working hours.
3. All modules start on a Monday.
What happens if the module is too hard or too easy?
1. The modules are delivered in 4 week blocks, you can email to let me know if I should change you to the easier or harder module. Please email before the end of the current 4 week block, I will make the change in the next block.
